Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Add frozen mixed vegetables and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.
  7. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
