Ingredients

1 cup cold water or unsweetened coconut water
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp chia seeds (soak 5 mins)
Dash of cinnamon
Optional: drop of stevia or monk fruit
Instructions
Stir chia into the liquid and let sit for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add lemon juice, vinegar, ginger, and cinnamon.
Shake or blend briefly and sip slowly.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lemon juice and grated ginger. Adjust sweetness to taste.
