Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. Cook quinoa in water for 15 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute.
  6. Mix in cooked quinoa and soy sauce.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
