Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium cucumbers, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Mix chicken, yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay cucumber slices flat on a clean surface.
- Spread chicken salad evenly over each cucumber slice.
- Sprinkle chopped dill on top.
- Roll up each cucumber slice tightly.
- Secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Serve chilled.
