- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Fold in sprinkles. Spread dough evenly in the pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden. Cool completely.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for frosting. Spread over cooled bars.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Use room-temperature butter for easier mixing.
- Add food coloring to frosting for a festive touch.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
