- 200g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional toppings: crushed nuts, dried fruit, sea salt
Instructions
- Break the dark, milk, and white chocolate into small pieces.
- Melt each chocolate type separately in a double boiler.
- Stir 1/3 tbsp coconut oil and 1/3 tsp vanilla extract into each melted chocolate.
- Pour the melted chocolates into heart-shaped molds.
- Add optional toppings if desired.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until firm.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for best results.
- Store chocolates in an airtight container in the fridge.
