- 1 cup of cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of sprinkles (heart-shaped)
- 12 popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Bake the red velvet cake as per the box instructions. Let it cool.
- Crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in the cream cheese frosting until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1.5 inches in diameter).
- Insert a popsicle stick into each ball and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with heart-shaped sprinkles.
- Place on parchment paper and let the chocolate set.

- Use a stand mixer for easier cake crumbling.
