Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease small cake molds
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in bowl
- Cream butter and sugar until light
- Beat in egg and vanilla
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk
- Add pink food coloring
- Divide batter into molds
- Bake 15-20 minutes
- Cool completely before decorating
- Top with whipped cream and berries
