Instructions
- Wash and slice tomatoes into heart shapes using a sharp knife.
- Thinly slice the red onion and chop the fresh basil leaves.
- Arrange tomato hearts on a serving plate.
- Scatter red onion slices and chopped basil over the tomatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top if desired.
- Serve immediately.
