- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press mixture into the bottom of dessert cups to form the crust.
- In another bowl, blend pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Layer the pumpkin mixture over the crust in each cup.
- Top with whipped cream and sprinkle chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use canned or homemade pumpkin puree.
- Substitute pecans with walnuts if preferred.
- For a richer taste, add a dash of nutmeg.
