- 1 lb fresh strawberries
- 8 oz dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, shredded coconut
Instructions
- Wash strawberries and pat them dry.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, leaving the top exposed.
- Place on parchment paper and add optional toppings.
- Let cool until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for best results.
- If chocolate is too thick, add a bit more coconut oil.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 days.
