- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream, pumpkin puree, and cinnamon.
- Pour filling over the crust and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
