- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
- Fold in chopped green onions and pecans.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Roll the cheese ball in dried cranberries (optional) before serving.
- Serve with crackers or sliced vegetables.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if preferred.
