A festive and easy-to-make appetizer for Thanksgiving with flavorful charcuterie cups.

- 24 mini phyllo cups
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup brie cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup roasted turkey, diced
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Add a small spoonful of cranberry sauce to each cup.
- Top with brie cheese and roasted turkey.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans and rosemary over the top.
- Drizzle with honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve warm.

- Substitute brie with goat cheese for a different flavor.
- Add a slice of apple for extra crunch.
