Ingredients

- 2 cups leftover turkey, shredded
- 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 cup leftover stuffing
- 1 cup leftover gravy
- 1 cup leftover vegetables (e.g., green beans, carrots, corn)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- Layer the turkey, vegetables, stuffing, and mashed potatoes in the dish.
- Pour gravy evenly over the layers.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Use any combination of leftover vegetables you have.
