Ingredients

- 2 lbs carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Place carrots in the crockpot.
- Mix honey, melted butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour the honey mixture over the carrots and toss to coat.
- Add water to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until carrots are tender.
- Stir before serving.

- Use baby carrots for quicker prep.
- Adjust honey for desired sweetness.
