Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Add softened butter and blend until crumbly.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in pumpkin puree, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
