Instructions
- Bake the cake according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
- Crumble the cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix in the frosting until fully combined and the mixture holds together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter) and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate or candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating evenly, and place back on the baking sheet.
- Add sprinkles or decorations while the chocolate is still wet.
- Let the chocolate set completely before serving.
