Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add yeast mixture, milk, melted butter, and egg. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape into buns and place on a baking sheet.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden.

- For extra softness, brush with melted butter after baking.
- Ensure milk and water are warm, not hot, to activate yeast properly.
