Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Beat butter until creamy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in pumpkin puree, buttermilk, and vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
- Cool for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.
