- 1 turkey (12-14 lbs)
- 4 cups stuffing mix
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it and placing it in a roasting pan.
- Cook the turkey for 3-4 hours until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare stuffing by mixing stuffing mix with melted butter and chicken broth.
- Bake stuffing in a separate dish for 30 minutes.
- Boil potatoes until tender, mash with milk and butter.
- Sauté green beans with olive oil and almonds for 5 minutes.
- Serve cranberry sauce as a side.
- Mix pumpkin puree with sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, pour into pie crust.
- Bake pumpkin pie for 45 minutes.
Notes
- You can prepare stuffing and pie crust a day ahead.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
