Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl.
- Fold the vinegar mixture into the cooked rice.
- Place nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
- Spread rice evenly over nori, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Arrange fish and vegetables in the center.
- Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces.
