Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup erythritol or stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Mix cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, almond butter, sweetener, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Scoop small portions and roll into balls.
- Chill again for 15 minutes before serving.

- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- For extra flavor, roll truffles in chopped nuts or cocoa powder.
