- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix strawberries and 1/2 cup sugar in a bowl. Set aside.
- Combine flour, remaining sugar, oats, and salt in another bowl.
- Add melted butter to the dry mixture. Stir until crumbly.
- Press half the mixture into a baking dish. Spread strawberries over it.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
