- 12 eggroll wrappers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced strawberries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Toss strawberries with lemon juice.
- Place 1 tbsp cream cheese mixture and 1 tsp strawberries in each wrapper.
- Fold edges and seal with beaten egg.
- Fry in 350°F oil for 2-3 minutes until golden.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing.
- Don’t overfill wrappers to prevent bursting.
