Delicious strawberry cheesecake donuts with a creamy filling and fresh strawberry topping.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Stir until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased donut pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fill donuts with cream cheese mixture.
- Top with diced strawberries.
