Ingredients

  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Pour sauce over it.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, basting occasionally.
  6. Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into sauce to thicken.
  7. Garnish with orange slices, sesame seeds, and green onions.
