A delicious sticky roasted orange chicken dish that’s better than takeout.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish. Pour sauce over it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Mix cornstarch and water. Stir into sauce to thicken.
- Garnish with orange slices, sesame seeds, and green onions.
Notes
- Use fresh orange juice for best flavor.
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
