Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, black beans, corn, avocado, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
- Top with tortilla strips before serving.
