  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Rinse the sushi rice and cook with water in a rice cooker.
  2. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then fold into the cooked rice.
  3. Combine shredded crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha in a bowl.
  4. Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat, spread rice evenly, and flip.
  5. Add crab mixture, cucumber, and avocado in the center.
  6. Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
  7. Slice into pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
