Ingredients

  • 2 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Mash avocado with lime juice in a bowl.
  4. Spread avocado mix on tortillas.
