Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chickpeas, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Mash avocado with lime juice in a bowl.
- Spread avocado mix on tortillas.
- Top with spicy chickpeas, red onion, and cilantro.
- Roll tightly and serve.
