A fun and colorful Valentine’s Day treat using Smarties and popcorn.
Ingredients

- 4 cups popped popcorn
- 1 cup Smarties candies
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the melted mixture over the popcorn and mix well.
- Add Smarties and gently fold them into the popcorn.
- Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and let it cool.
- Break into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Use fresh popcorn for best results.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Customize with other Valentine’s Day candies if desired.
