- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Place pork chunks in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours.
- Shred the pork with forks and serve.
