- 6 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine corn, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, and butter in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Add crumbled bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well and cook for additional 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh corn when in season for best flavor
- Can substitute turkey bacon for traditional bacon
