Instructions
- Wash and dry the spring mix salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the spring mix in a large bowl.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.
