Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread chicken on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  4. Mix yogurt, ranch seasoning, dill, parsley, and lemon juice for the sauce.
  5. Warm pitas briefly in the oven or microwave.
  6. Slice chicken and stuff into pitas with the herby ranch sauce.
