Ingredients

- 2 packs of Korean spicy ramen noodles
- 200g beef (thinly sliced)
- 4 cups water
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1 egg (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, and garlic.
- Add thinly sliced beef and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Drizzle sesame oil and top with chopped green onion.
- Optionally, add a soft-boiled or fried egg on top.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
- Use fresh garlic for better flavor.
- Thinly slice beef for quicker cooking.
