Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and zucchini. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
