Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in boiling water. The batter will be thin.
- Pour into the pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Divide buttercream into three bowls. Tint one red, one blue, and leave one white.
- Frost the cake with a thin crumb coat. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Apply final frosting layers. Use a piping bag for Sagittarius arrow designs.
- Decorate with edible gold stars. Serve at room temperature.
