Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring. Mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra richness, drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Use gel food coloring for a deeper red color.
