- 4 cups powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into the pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
- Frost the cooled cake and serve.
