Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a heart-shaped cake pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes.
- Stir in boiling water and red food coloring.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake completely before decorating.
- Use gold edible paint to add decorative details.
