Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and use it for your pizza.

- Use warm water (not hot) to activate the yeast.
- Let the dough rest for better texture.
- Store unused dough in the fridge for up to 2 days.
