Instructions

  3. Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
