Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Stir until dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let dough rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Divide dough into 8 equal pieces and shape into balls.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
