- 1 lb frozen chicken breast strips
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add frozen chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in frozen vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and garlic powder, stir well.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
