A nourishing, antioxidant-rich smoothie made with purple grapes, dragon fruit, and sweet potato — blended to support weight loss, gut health, and vibrant energy.
Ingredients
1 cup purple grapes (seedless)
½ cup purple dragon fruit (flesh only)
½ cup cooked, cooled purple sweet potato
½ tsp acai or mangosteen powder
½ cup cold water or coconut water
½ tsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
2–3 ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Fruit
Wash grapes and scoop out dragon fruit.
Step 2: Cook the Sweet Potato
Steam or boil sweet potato, then cool completely.
Step 3: Add to Blender
Add grapes, dragon fruit, and sweet potato to blender.
Step 4: Add Superfoods
Sprinkle in acai/mangosteen powder, chia seeds, and lemon juice.
Step 5: Pour Liquid
Pour in water or coconut water.
Step 6: Add Ice
Add ice cubes.
Step 7: Blend Smoothie
Blend on high for 60–90 seconds until smooth.
Step 8: Serve or Store
Serve immediately or chill for up to 24 hours.
Notes
Let sweet potato cool fully to activate resistant starch for digestive support.
Use frozen fruit for a thicker, colder version.
Customize for keto by swapping sweet potato for purple cabbage.
