Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix pulled pork with barbecue sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 3×3-inch squares.
  4. Place 1 tbsp pork mixture in center of each square.
  5. Fold corners to center and press edges to seal.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
