Ingredients

- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Stir in the protein powder and almond butter until well combined.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped almonds and dried cranberries on top.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
- Break into pieces and serve.
