- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add maple syrup, egg, and almond butter. Stir until combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Spread batter in a greased small skillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use a mini skillet for best results.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
