Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add pork cubes and brown on all sides (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
  4. Stir in sauerkraut and caraway seeds.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
